Personal data processed
For membership, your name, email, password hash, and the version and timestamp showing that the disclosure notice was read are processed. You may optionally add a phone number to your profile. Product and quantity records are kept in the cart; session information, login-attempt times and IP/email hashes are retained for security. Your password is not stored in plain text.
Purposes and legal grounds
Data required to provide account and cart services is processed on the basis that it is directly related to establishing or performing a contract. Account security and prevention of abuse are assessed under legitimate interest provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed. Statutory record and information requests are handled to meet applicable legal obligations. Non-essential marketing requires separate, optional consent; no such consent is collected during membership.
Collection method and recipients
Data is collected electronically through site forms, the session cookie and server records. Where required to provide the service, it may be shared with payment, shipping, hosting and similar technical service providers only to the extent necessary for the relevant transaction. Notifications and transfers required to legally authorized authorities are carried out under applicable law.
Retention and applications
